The new NBA JAM preview with LMA and Roy to start it off.
NBA JAM is making a come back and the opening shot is LaMarcus Aldridge going for the JAM over Dwight Howard and Vince Carter. Roy makes a quick appearance in the corner. I can't wait. One of the best games of all time.

Vote for the 3 players you want on the team.

Looks like they have already decided on LMA and Roy, I imagine Oden will take the third spot.
"I want to put points on your face." - Rudy Fernandez
they really should just have a full nba roster per team
and then you pick and choose when you play
where does it say anything about blazers?
Numerically Blazers Edge is #25

Not yet
The Blazers voting period hasn’t started, I am interested to see which guys they will give us the option to chose from. They do three teams a week, you can go through the Blog archives to see which teams have been decided already.

Too Bad LMA rarely does this in the real games!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I haven’t been this excited for a video game since Mortal Kombat was released for Genesis haha. I hope it turns out great. This is magical.
Rudy is perfect for this game after roy and aldridge. On fire from 3, Razzle dazzle dunks, and a high clutch factor
Too many options
Roy, LMA and ODEN probably the obvious choice.
But Batum, Rudy and Bayless are great for this game. And can you imagine Juwan Howard, he was in the original back in the day, he deserves it.

lol
that would be perfect. Complete the Howard circle!!!
I know less than half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

we'll be able to vote for the Blazers starting Monday
it’s difficult to choose just three, isn’t it? it’ll most likely be Roy, Aldridge, and Oden, but how cool would it be to see Rudy or Batum?
…or Outlaw

We need to all vote Rudy in
he’d be way more fun to play than Oden.
they look so good, thats why I keep em' in the front...

ohh yeah
rudy would be way more fun. As much as I love Oden he isn’t the one you want in a game like this
I would really want Oden if it's anything like the old version
A shot blocker is essential to stop those dunks. I thought the best team was the spurs with David Robinson and Dennis Rodman. My vote is definitely going to Oden.

Agree
You always want a muscle guy to rebound and generally be an anti-social menace to go along with your shooter. Oden-Roy-Rudy might be the best combo.
"I think he’s been doing some good things. I think he’s been doing some good things. He’s had to play a lot of minutes lately with Blake being out. I think he’s been doing some good things." -Nate McMillan
Batum better be in the game
Or I’m not buying it, despite my un-healthy love for NBA JAM.
Lover of everything Batum.

I have a feeling that two guys are already definates, even if you can vote for them
Why would the developers go to the work of coding VC and Dwight Howard if they’re not going to be in the game? They’ll probably have 5 guys to pick from.
NBA jam was so much fun. I remember trying to enter those 3 digit codes before the game.
I remember playing a season and winning like 40 games in a row but the game just wouldn’t end. I gave up. They need to have some pay off in this game, like rewards that you get for your team.
Roy, Aldridge, Batum
Batum has the (apparently) highest true shooting % in the NBA… Isn’t that what you want in this game?
no, you want cool dunks! Vote 4 Rudy!!!!
they look so good, thats why I keep em' in the front...

This is the full game play trailer. Show Brandon Roy go down and grimace. Game looks fun.
He's heating up!!!

As much as i miss NBA Jam
I think i’m viewing it with rose colored glasses (no pun intended.) I’d be more interested in a new NBA street game. Those were fun, no goal tending, so big men were important but normal shots were 1 pt and 3pt shots were worth 2pts to balance it out. Plus Marcus Camby could jump, run up the backboard and go straight into the backflip dunk. I swear it’s the main reason i’m happy we traded for him.
agreed
NBA street is vastly superior to NBA Jam. They should go back to Vol 2’s play mechanics and just update the roster. I’d be extremely satisfied with that.
I'm going on a Dave boycott until AK1984 is brought back.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
They left Rudy out of the voting process! No one wants to play at Martell Webster! Come on now!
No Batum either. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Oh well. Voted for LMA/Roy/Greg.

Ah, sweet memories
of Derek Harper and Patrick Ewing to start, and bringing Starks off the bench at halftime. “He’s on Fire!”
As I recall, the third guy was often not a star or starter. LIke for the Blazers you’d get Clyde and Terry, and Cliffy was the third guy, like his sophomore year.
