Gameday Open Thread: Blazers vs. Kings--Pre-Game

It's Friday night.  Snuggle up to your big screen and watch the Blazers take it to the Kings.  Or hopefully take it to the Kings.  Or at least take it somewhere near the Kings, enough to allow us to squeak it out in the end as we did last night.  In any case, enjoy the pre-game conversation here.

Hi china .

Are people still wondering if your are really from China ?
I think we could settle this. Some of our members with some Mandarin could let you translate some of their message. That would go a long way to settle the issue.

"You be realistic," Oden said. "I’m going to stay happy. All right?"

Nice..........

I’m getting to watch two Blazer games on TV, in a row. FYI – I still hate Comcast. I must have watched 50 Blazer games this year on my laptop because of them. Rant over. Sitting in time-out corner. Go Blazers.

Seemed like it, he was laughing and joking with the guys

and talking about his upcoming tv show. I only saw a bit of it though, then he left.

Kings fan here

Good luck to the Blazers, and here’s hoping you succeed in the playoffs because come on, you’ll get in.

Still, let me go ahead and just revert to my fanboy Kings fan ways….

KINGS WILL DESTROY THE BLAZERS TODAY! ROAR! YOUR ROY WILL GET STOMPED BY OUR ROY! ZOMG HAVOC FTW

Yeah, his jumper is his main flaw, but he has plenty of time to practice. So long as he is willing to work for it at least.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
