Over the years, we have written or referenced Blazers VP of Basketball Operations Tom Penn's work with the St. Jude Children's hospital many times (most recently here). This week, Penn's charity -- Hoops for St. Jude -- is partnering with the NBA for a week-long fundraiser. The entire SB Nation Basketball Network has stepped up to help spread the word thanks to the leadership of SBN's NBA League Manager and Bright Side of the Sun writer Seth Pollack. Here's everything you need to know about the week's events from Seth.
The SB Nation Basketball Network is proud to join with the NBA to spread the word about the Hoops for St. Jude Week. This is a great program for a great cause and we encourage you to participate.
