Stephen Curry fakes Birdman out of his shoes
Great ball fake from Curry against one of the league's better interior defenders. Fakes him right out of his shoes. Priceless.

Yeah, but it is a real nit picky travel.
The other thing is he fakes a double dribble to get this move at all. Dangerous, cause it could still be called!
In Bayless I trust.

Bah
All the best moves in the NBA are born from a non called travel or double-dribble. Or both.
It wasn't the first time I'd been kicked in the cherries and called a rat by a woman, but it was the first time I didn't mind.
in this case, both
carried the ball on the crossover, travelled on the reverse pivot.
but yeah, this kind of stuff is done all the time, easy to see on replay.
reminds me of my favorite this summer watching Eurobasket. Spain was playing someone and the backup PG got the inbounds in halfcourt. he was standing holding the ball for a long time, but kept pivoting over like 6-8 seconds of time. I kid you not he moved at LEAST 8 or 9 feet. never dribbled the ball once. just holding and pivoting away from the defender who was kind of tight on him. each move was a 6 inch or so shuffle of the pivot, but they just kept adding up. it was hilarious. no advantage was gained, because he wasn’t going anywhere, but still when you look at the start of the play to the end he had moved like 10 feet without dribbling.
"I want to be traded to a contender" is almost always code-speak for "I'm a loser."

The was a blown call by the refs.
I don’t like the Birdman, but anyone can be faked out by a guy palming the ball, then taking 4 steps without dribbling. They’re starting to call that travel at the perimeter, but still take no notice to steps when it happens around the basket.
lol, thats what I thought
still looked pretty cool

Birdman gets faked out a lot.
He’s a risky shot blocker. Comes with the territory. For every time he gets duped, he has a similar amazing block to make up for it.
"Ain't nothin' in this world for free."
They stopped the clip
Ron Artest was watching the game from the front row and he jumped into the court to toss Chris’s shoes into the stands.
