I posted these as quotes and learned that I need to post links to articles rather than quote blocks.  I hope this is correct.

I started researching medical fitness/training methods in the NBA and came upon these articles and a news release

The Blazers have had many injuries this season and the latest of Roy's seems to be especially frustrating. Sometimes injuries cannot be prevented others can. I found these articles interesting. Perhaps the Blazers would benefit from looking into these methods....hiring trainers who practice them!!
