You don't need me to tell you this loss was bad. Portland falls apart in the second half (shooting 9 of 47) to finish a 0-4 road trip against three teams under .500. They have their first 6-game losing streak since before the arrival of Brandon Roy. You can be sure Dave will have more later. In the meantime, let's all commiserate together here in the postgame thread. Just try to keep it clean please.
Box score is here, if you're a glutton for punishment. Leaders: Brandon Roy with 18 points and 4 assists, and LaMarcus Aldridge with 16 points and 15 rebounds.
The only good news is that Joel Przybilla returned and looked good in limited minutes.
Postgame quotes from a seemingly-unhappy Nate McMillan, regarding the players: "Evidently they aren't responding to me". And about where to go from here: "Home, to Portland". The Clippers will be in town this Sunday, in what is suddenly a huge game for Portland.
Hang in there folks, this will turn around in time. -- Tim
