Does this trade make sense from either sides perspective?
Milwaukee gets: Oden, Miller, 2 1st round draft picks
Blazers get: Bogut, Jennings
This works on the ESPN trade machine. is this a steal for either team? Is Oden's potential still too much to give up? He would be much better than Bogut if healthy - but he may not be healthy and he may want out of Portland anyway (and absent changes to the CBA he will be a full free agent in 1.5 years). Is Jennings going to be above average? He is still pretty young.
Milwaukee would get the equivalent of 3 first rounders (Oden being like a first round pick) plus a good player/trade chip.
Portland addresses its long term future at PG and a pretty good (certainly not great) center.
