I gotta be honest....

I love watching Wesley, Rudy and LaMarcus play together....It's more fun than I've had since the Drexler era. I am not a fan of the Bird-McHale-Parrish brand of basketball, even tho' they won a whole lot of games. I liked the old Issel led Nuggets, and today's Jazz. Even the insane Warriors of a couple years ago, and of course the Suns - everyone's moving all the time...To me, basketball is most beautiful to watch when played in Brownian motion. Watching the Roy-led Blazers, well, BRoy was fun to watch, but the other four guys spent a lot of time watching him too. Sure, LaMarcus can pick and pop, and it's pretty in its own way, but don't you just love Rudy driving up the middle and L-train rolling to the hoop??? I mean, we have found LaMarcus' inner self, and he's a beast! Why have we rarely seen this before? It's the BRoy style of play that has hidden this little gem. You can't have BRoy operating in the lane and LaMarcus clogging it up, now, can you? It's only been a few games, but Rudy and Wesley LOVE to run - and, I think, so does LaMarcus. There's been so much commentary the past week about LaMarcus, but i think Rudy has been the ignition, and Wesley helps keep the defense honest.
