Marc Stein: Blazers drop from No. 13 to No. 14 John Schuhmann: Blazers hold steady at No. 15 John Hollinger: Blazers improved from No. 17 to No. 15 Kurt Helin: Blazers hold steady at No. 14 David Aldridge: Blazers hold steady at No. 14 According to Hollinger's team stats: Portland dropped from 15th to 16th in offensive efficiency, dropped from 15th to 16th in defensive efficiency, dropped from 14th to 16th in rebound rate and remain the slowest team in the NBA when it comes to pace. Over at Basketball-Reference.com, their playoff forecast has the Blazers in the Western Conference's No. 8 seed right now, but with only a 29.9% chance of making the playoffs.
