A little Blazer Christmas magic needed - Wesley Matthews Authentic Jersey

Hi All,

While I know this site isn't a classifieds spot, I need a little help from the biggest and best group of Blazer fans that I know

So my girlfriend is awesome and bought me a Wesley Matthews custom authentic road/black jersey for Christmas (custom because other than the replica they don't sell Matthews jerseys yet)

The problem is - the jersey is too small for me and I can't wear it (well at least not looking flattering!) She feels horrible because I can't wear it, and I feel horrible because she spent $250 on an amazing jersey that I love that I can't use, and since it's a custom jersey it can't be returned for another size.

The jersey is beautiful and is the new Adidas Revolution 30 material - it even came in it's own Adidas garment bag. Here is the link if you want more details:

So I wanted to put it out there to the BEdge community - if you or any of the great Blazer fans you know would be interested in the jersey, I'm trying to sell it so that I can turn around and buy one that fits me and make good on my girlfriend's gift. The jersey is a size XL (although these new ones seem to be cut a little slimmer in the chest, FYI), and I'm willing to take bit of a loss and part with it for $200 (retail value is $250).

Sorry if this isn't the right forum for this but I didn't know where to find a bigger, better group of Blazer fans that might be able to help me make this happen.

I just checked out the authentic jersey selection on the website

and there’s a GO authentic jersey on sale for $79. This isn’t my post so I can’t add a poll (rip_city_swagger, the invitation is open), but I’ll throw the question out there – is $79 a good buy/ investment for an AUTHENTIC Greg Oden jersey?

This is the kind of quandary that would make Rich Cho quiver in his cubical.

It seems like a good investment on the face of it, but I'll bet a seam blows out after you wear it to about three games...

haha - it's not the weight

every jersey I own is an XL size, and they all fit fine, its the authentic Revolution 30 jerseys – they’re cut much more narrow in the chest

good idea but wouldn't work

they rarely actually produce authentic jerseys, they’ve only done Roy and Oden, and I couldn’t exchange it because it was custom and wouldn’t be in their inventory
