I know trade talk will probably be viewed as premature or defeatist, but the reality is that our long term future hinges on a man who's knees are irreparably damaged. An 82 game season is going to be pretty hard to accomplish with no padding between the bones of your knees. So with that in mind I would like to propose a trade that most of you will hate, but which will give us a potent core to move forward with.

I think the Nuggets would jump, its just a matter of us convincing Melo that a core of Roy, Aldridge, Oden could get him to the promised land. It also leaves us without a starting point for this year, but this trade is for the future. I know batum is a big price to pay, but He will never be a go to 20+ scorer in my opinion, and I think This team needs that. I know the Melo trade was already discussed on here, but I believe our situation has changes, so I'm throwing it out there again.
