It's time to ask a very important question.  What preventative measures are the Blazers strength & conditioning staff taking in order to protect against knee injuries?  It is well documented (just ask female soccer players) that there are agility exercises that can be utilized to help players build strength, move correctly and avoid injuries.  These should be a part of this team's daily routine, especially the big men.  Jay, reach out to the Portland Pilots women's team for some ideas.
