Kelly Dwyer found a little gem from new Washington Wizards owner Ted Leonsis, posted on Leonsis' blog.  It's his list of 101 Ways to improve the Wizards.  The direct link to the post appears broken, but you can see it by going to Ted'sTake and scrolling down just a smidgen.

Two questions:

1.  Do you see any of those improvements that the Blazers could stand to make?  If so, which are the most pressing?

2.  Why isn't "Get Gilbert Arenas' head right" on that list?"  I have a hunch Wizards fans would regard that more kindly than all other 101 combined.
