Mark My Words
The Blazers will regret losing Blake more than losing Bayless, Outlaw, and Webster combined.
I used to go by tominhawaii. My real name is still Tom.
Maybe.
I think the trade happened to prevent Nate from playing him 40 minutes a night though. Also, don’t forget his sieve-like defense that hurt us in the Houston series so badly. But yes, I think we may regret losing him.

True, but
I think that says a lot more about the teams they ended up on than what they would’ve contributed as Blazers. I have a hard time imagining Minnesota, New Jersey, or New Orleans making me regret anything.
We know what Blake’s game is like, and overall the good outweighs the bad. But its not like we lost Jermain O’Neal again.
Holding out for Hedo
Laker fans already love him

WITH ODEN ON OUR SIDE
It's easy to love someone when they make a game winning shot.
Blake is a good solid back-up type player in my opinion. However, let’s see if they still love him when he air-balls an unnecessarily forced three pointer about four seconds before the clock expires at the end of a tight playoff game.
Can I buy you a fish sandwich?
Steve Blake is the best back up point guard in the league
I never understood the Blake hate, not everyone can be Chris Paul. He does what he does well, shoot and pass. He fit well in the Blazers system, but they had just paid Andre Miller the big bucks and his 3pt% was down so they traded him. I don’t think the blazers will regret losing a back up PG, albeit a very good one.
I love B Edge almost as much as I love B Roy and close to my love for B atum
