So I am new to the whole iphone thing this year.  I noticed that the NBA has a special going on until Nov 2.  Full season of NBA league pass mobile for $45.  I think "standard blackout restrictions apply".  Can someone tell me how the blackout thing works for watching Con-cast games?  I'd probably only use the thing to watch the Blazers on the road.  Is it worthwhile or would I be sorely disappointed?  Anyone with experience?
