Blazers scrimmage *Pics added
Anyone else here? Oden and Pryz are both running around. Not limping but not doing much. I'll post pics later if anyone wants. *A few pics added

Anytime I hear Greg's not limping, it makes me happy.
I’m keeping my expectations low, for the sake of my own mental health.
"I just played my game. I didn't do anything special. Just take the open shot, make cuts to basket, get rebounds. That's it." ~Nic Batum
I swear I heard something about this being broadcast. Hope that there are at least some videos on oregon live.
Yeah, pretty sure Casey Holdahl mentioned it on the most recent "Live from the PF" video.
Not seeing anything on blazers.com right now though. Hopefully by late tonight / early tomorrow we get some video.
here is yesterdays practice

please write up a recap!
I think we’d all appreciate it a lot. Thanks!
You can measure skill and talent with your eyes, but productivity is shown through statistics.
Here's my recap
Sorry for forgetting my video camera, otherwise we’d have video.
1. Oden and Pryz both took part in warm ups, including running and shooting, and looked normal. Oden seemed a lot leaner than last year, but that might just be television adding 10 pounds.
2. There was a decent amount of booing for Rudy when he was announced which I found surprising. He hit his first 10 shots in a row, almost all three pointers (high school three point line) so it looks like he has his shot dialed in (at least with no pressure). He seemed depressed to me.
3. Roy was stroking it from high school downtown as well. He hit a few ridiculous fadeaways with multiple guys in his face to get the crowd going crazy. I don’t think he ever ventured into the paint.
4. Elliot Williams and Armon Johnson hooked up on multiple alley-oop dunks that wowed the crowd. Batum had a bunch of alley-oops as well, but he finishes so gracefully it really doesn’t have the same kind of oomph.
5. The rookies sang happy birthday to Wesley Matthews (terribly I might add).
6. Luke Babbit looks like a high schooler — no way he can defend any 4s without putting a ton of muscles on. His shot was off all night.
7. As for injuries, one of the rookie guards (Seth Tarver?) ran into Raymond Sykes and got a bloody nose. He spend the rest of the night with an ice pack on his face. Rudy seemed to get poked in the eye, and also spent some time grabbing his elbow but neither seemed too serious.
8. Other than that the game was pretty relaxed. The Starters won by close to thirty (95-65?) LMA looked good and had a thunderous dunk. Marcus’ outside shot was not falling. Andre took it easy. Defense was pretty spotty. Dante was hitting the midrange shot pretty well. Wesley hit the few shots he took but didn’t play as much.
9. As for celebrities, Pete Carroll, Justin Forsett, and a third guy from the Seahawks were there (along with the mascot and cheerleaders). They won the free throw shooting contest against the kids. Joe Freeman was walking around sporting a full on beard.
OK that’s all I can think of. Again sorry for leaving the camera on the table. I was totally going to film everything.

here's somebody's picture from tonight's introductions
When reached 40 years of following Portland basketball you have, be as passionate of the Trail Blazers you will not!
I forget, can you post pics in fanshots?
Kind of hard to get any real feel for the play here, they were goofing around quite a bit and only trying on 3s or dunks so just some things I noticed.
*What people probably care about most. Pryz and Oden both ran all the drills with the team but neither played. Both walked without a limp but neither were moving at full speed. Oden was jumping high enough to do a few little dunks, Pryz worked on some 3s, none went in. Pryz looked really happy just to be on the court, I’d put money on him playing by Nov 15th (obviously no medical expert but it’s pretty amazing how fast he’s progressed.)
*High school 3s are like free throws for these guys
*Roy looked pretty happy to be back in his HS gym, lots of his old friends were there.
*Elliot Williams has crazy hops. Seriously insane to see up close.
*Wes Matthews didn’t play much and not at all in the 2nd half. When he was in he he was going at it against B-Roy.
*It’s hard to see Patty making the team and if he does getting any playing time. He couldn’t do much against Armon but still has a pretty jumper.
*Armon is a beast on D as advertised. He and Elliot seem to enjoy playing together but neither seemed really comfortable shooting outside, they both had some nice drives.
*Bayless does not smile during scrimmages.
*Batum likes to shove Rudy when the refs aren’t looking.
*I don’t know if it means anything at all but Roy and Dre bothed said things to each other and laughed a few things.
*Larry Miller was there and talked to anyone who approached him.
*Pete Carrol is terrible at free throws.
*Romar was there with MBA and Gaddy. They will win the Pac-10 by 2 games (just sayin’).
haha that batum shove on rudy was funny
and rudy was talking to the refs the whole night like he always does… “you got call that”
Elliot Williams had some pretty amazing dunks
but I was surprised to see how athletic Armon is. He threw down some pretty impressive dunks as well.

Does this work?
