Having completed our rather extensive review of the Blazers' '00's decade in celebration of the new year (in case you missed it: Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4) we asked you earlier in the week to weigh in on the Most Significant Player of the last ten years. Today we're asking for your take on the most significant event to happen to the Blazers between October, 1999 and May, 2009. I'm intentionally leaving the definition of "significant" open. It could be best event, worst event, event that most shaped the franchise's path through the decade and beyond, the event that kind of summed up or typified the period for the team, or maybe some other interpretation of your choosing. Given the broadness of the definition feel free to give an event under each category if you wish. Share your thoughts below. I've included a poll to get things started but you don't have to limit yourselves to those choices.
P.S. I'm working on a mailbag and I could use a couple more good questions. If you have something you'd like to see discussed on the front page of Blazersedge e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org. It'll probably go up tomorrow so get ahold of me soon.
