NBA Officiating Videos
The NBA has some interesting new videos up looking at officiating, including this behind-the-scenes video of a day in the life of a referee. (Never really though about it before, but refs have to ice their knees too.)

Nice fanshot. That was interesting. Funny he was icing his knees at the end of the game just like a player. You forget they have to pretty decent athletes too.

That would suck to go back and look for my own mistakes each day
Well, I guess I got people here to do that for me, but it would suck to do it in my job.
