Your quote isn’t complete. Around what?
"I'm at clips-blazers + Juwan Howard just posterized Marcus Camby. Crowd is still reeling. That dunk was from 2 decades ago."

it's a question
see how it starts with ‘how’?

Yes, it’s a question. I can see that. Thank you!
Now, “around” what? Around Portland? Around the Blazer’s locker room? Around the media? That’s not a complete sentence as it’s quoted. People in Portland love Greg. Nobody cares about nude photos. Or, at the very least the people who do care, nobody cares about. It’s the national media he should be concerned with, not Blazer fans.

Let's clear it up
As the writer, perhaps, I can clear up these grammar related issues.
I introduce with “Here comes the question,” which is an independent clause, and then start with “how does a player” with “a player” as the the subject of the sentence, and then set it off with the dependent clause, “known only…attitude” which doesn’t really count toward the sentence, and finish with “change the public perception of himself around.” Basically, the “around” is superfluous. So you’re right. I probably should have written “turn it around”. But it is a sentence, albeit a bad one.
the pic was a year and a half ago supposedly, if so that's quite the planning duration
The Leeroy Rule: being insistent >>>> being correct
Perhaps Oden is smarter then we are giving him credit for...
he must have foreseen that he was going to get injured and created this eloborate plot over a year and a half ago… truly amazing.
