Hahah!
Nice, the haircut that say “I’m putting in work… watch out.”
And Ben, I think we all know how hard you’ve been working. If the season weren’t coming up, I’d vote that you should take a vacation, but then I wouldn’t get my Blazers fix. And that would be unacceptable… : P
Miller vs. Canzano
I am listening to Canzano talk about Miller right now, asking the question, is it okay that he is not a happy go lucky guy? I feel like it is way too soon to judge whether he is a distraction or not, he is here to play basketball, not be the media’s entertainment. Do you thing Andre….help us win.
Give 'Em The Chump!
Why do people care about Andre Miller's relatively detached, perhaps somewhat sullen personality?
Media members like John Canzano ought to be worried about whether or not Miller and Brandon Roy will mesh on the hardwood.
No matter how many times I try to exlain that on-court chemistry is what matters and off-court chemistry is trumped up tripe, it seems to fall on deaf ears. Miller may be the most sour, ornery player on the Portland Trail Blazers, but it’s all good as long as he’s productive come game time.
Stupid people have stupid ideas.

We could use a little sour and ornery on this team.
The grumpy old men have much wisdom. Speaking of old, when did Miller’s hair turn white? He completely missed grey.
μὴ φοβοῦ, μόνον πίστευε.
They aren't mutually exclusive, IMO

Still, I don’t much care as long as he is a player and not a distraction.
It wasn't the first time I'd been kicked in the cherries and called a rat by a woman, but it was the first time I didn't mind.
He loves the drama
It gets people to call in. If you’re listening to him for rational information, you’re in the wrong place.
"Fernandez, to my eyes, is the Blazer who walks that walk most comfortably. A lot of Portland's fans (egged on, dare I say, by their local broadcasters) lament things like how Ron Artest or Yao Ming get to hit Brandon Roy's arms.
But I suspect Fernandez sees all that and thinks: We get to hit arms! Cool!"

Maybe they should judge what he does on the floor instead of his hair .The fact that we have had two posts about his hair is just sad in itself!
Not to comment on that honey-bun hairdo
would be like not commenting on seeing a horse sitting on your sofa watching TV.
See, that's exactly why Miller wore the towel.
As Timbo pointed out to us in the off-season, Miller went to college in Utah. Therefore, he knows that a town as white as Portland isn’t going to be feeling his keep-my-head-cool-while-training honey-buns, and puts the towel on to spare our cracker eyeballs.
If we can get him schooled on the “keep portland weird” love, then maybe we can get him to wear that all season. Then Brandon can regrow his summer Mohawk, Blake can bust a mullet with sideburns, and Greg can do a high flat-top a la Kid n Play.

woops
just read that mr. miller was the only blazer with a guaranteed contract to not pass the conditioning test, while mr. blake set a record on said test. let the games begin.
