Here's my "WHAT IF" scenario...
WHAT IF….KP got his way and drafted CP3 in 2006
WHAT IF…We still wrangled Roy and LMA in 2007
WHAT IF…We still lucked into the #1 pick, but took Durant in 2008
WHAT IF…The rumors came true and we traded RLEC and change for Amar’e Stoudamire
Then we COULD look like this:
PG: CP3 / Blake
SG: Roy / Rudy
SF: Durant / Batum
PF: LMA / Outlaw
C: Amar’e / Przybilla
Looks great. But the funny thing is, if Oden lives up to his enormous potential (I believe he still can) we could end up being just as good as the lineup above. Not sure if everyone in that lineup would be as good as they are considered today if they had to share the ball with each other. Looks GREAT on paper though.
