I do it now because I saw Roy do it in that old Nike video after his rookie year
It’s not that bad.
The Kings have the best bench I’ve seen. There are easily 14 guys on this team good enough for every bench in the league. Now if we could only get some starters, I’d totally jizz in my pants.

I was able to do squats on a stability ball back in the day
most of my workouts with a ball focused on grappling stuff

I like Griffin running up and carrying up stuff on a sandhill at the beach.
I think Greg did that too, or at least ran steps. Would be also good for Travis and his endurance.
