Dave Made SportsCenter
On the 11AM EST edition of ESPN's SportsCenter this morning -- during the show's "BlogBuzz" segment -- the nation was treated to a quip you might recognize from a person you love.

Hilarious.

PS Thanks to the awesomely-named Ben from The Daily Forehand for the screen cap.

Look for this quote later today on sportscenter
lol.
Andre to Roy alley oops = 24-7 = All day every day
The terms “Jay Leno” and “joke” only belong together if referring to his success in spite of a lack of talent.

Deckard, David R
I’m somebody now! Millions of people look at ESPN everyday! This is the kind of spontaneous publicity – your name on TV – that makes people. I’m in print! Things are going to start happening to me now.
I get the paper, so I don't care!

I don't know who ESPN is...
but I suppose any publicity is a good thing.

One of the Blazers will marry Dave?

He needs to be careful to stay in the non-celebrity celebrity range of celebrity
Can’t get less famous, can’t get more famous… he’s gotta stay in this bubble and then marry a Blazer so we can compete with the Lakers!
Nice work Dave, though out of all the (seriously) brilliant stuff you’ve written about basketeering, it’s funny this is one that gets on national TV.
Hee hee.
Morty
Dave's already better than that.
The answer is that a Blazer needs to marry his sister, obviously.
Disclaimer: everything I know about basketball I learned on Blazersedge.
i wish Dave would have said what he was really thinking....
“What more needs to be said? Except that Travis Outlaw better put a ring on Nikki Hilton’s finger or we’re going to have a serious non-celebrity celebrity gap.”
Travis Outlaw is not going to be a Blazer for long

Maybe now ESPN will cover more games
and we won’t get the shaft by missing our first quarters during TNT’s double headers?
You forget that Henry Abbott is a Blazer fan
and even HE lacks the juice to get ESPN to show the first quarter of Blazer games.
Yeah its gonna suck missing the 1st QTR
By then were gonna be up 20

Wow.
No offense to Dave’s genius or anything, but I guess you can tell we’re at the end of summer when the best basketball news ESPN can come up with involves quoting from the Basketball Blogs.
Thank goodness training camp is almost upon us. I’m ready for the season to start, already!

I saw that...
Eatin’ my morning cereal, I had to smile as the Blazers edge got props. And with a witty jab at the Fakers, no less. Kudos.
