Around SBN: Knicks Beat Lakers With Familiar Strategy

Link to how Batum is doing and his stats. (click on the title above) I'm amused by this comment:
"Forced to a stupid trip to Portland a few days before the Qualification finals, to check a little shoulder injury, he was a bit perturbed by this unnecessary 64 hours trip back to Oregon."

So blunt, you can tell there's no bias there! Plus I would actually agree. Either way, i'm amused.
Also, a link to rudy too:

Rudy shot 12 free throws against Slovenia

That’s the kind of thing he needs to do to make himself a real offensive force.

Yeah, I was amazed by that

I’d love to see more slashing and driving from Rudy.

You can measure skill and talent with your eyes, but productivity is shown through statistics.

seems like his stats have fallen off a bit the last few games

I know that at first tony was gone and that gave Batum a lot more chance to shine offensively, but he started the last game and scored no points? He is playing a bit less also. Oh well. His team is winning, and I think he knows when to step it up and when not to. I’ve heard a lot more hutzpa in his last interviews, and I like that. I think the success is not going to his head though, and that is great. I’m so excited about Batum, we are really lucky to have him.

I was shocked

to see Nic take over the game that Parker missed. He was the man in the forth. He would set up at the top of the key and run the team. He reminded me of Brandon. Nic is a winner. I am glad we have him.

Not being able to handle a hangover will lead to a level of maturity.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
