Here is a printable version of the schedule that I worked up. Back-to-backs red. It's a downloadable PDF on my server.

I was just happy to get crap from the NBA's site into PDF without making the file size go through the ceiling...
I’ll work up another version closer to the season if anyone cares.

would you like to also include games played against opponents on back to backs? I’ll compose a list if you’re interested.
optimism ftw
Hit me with an email and I can add it on.
There is now a 2nd version that the link spits out — I tightened up the type so you can write in scores if you are so interested and made it easier to spot the home games with bold typle.

I'm hoping my spreadsheet will give me that
if so, I’ll post it tomorrow.
I haven’t verified I have that part of it working yet, though.
When I rule the world, everyone will know how to use Excel.
The link above now kicks out Version 3, which includes Cab's data.
Thanks, pard.
Here’s the link again, for what it’s worth… LINKY LINKY

Jeeze Timbo. It's beautiful.
Just now, I got so excited over telling your about about it, I spilled a jar of olives all over my desk and papers, just missing my keyboard. What a mess.
I hope it will give you some satisfaction to know, that your schedule will be my constant and often referred to companion from April 27th through October 14th. It’s the best one page Blazer schedule I’ve ever seen. It will be easy to pencil in games with TV coverage as they become known. Many thanks.

Also: COMCAST SUCKS!
I'd like one...
"The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over."
how many back to backs and National tv games did we have last year?
"shaq and zach randolph have the same trainer... "
best one liner i ever heard.
We ended up having quite a few TNT games
I think 8 or so actually and it seemed like a lot of our late season games were ESPN.

Only one ABC game for now
I’m betting we got more added later in the year.
Such as home vs. Lakers, vs. Utah, the Cleveland home game…

FYI, for those with 1/4 season packages
I just got an e-mail from the Blazers person that handled my sale saying that they will send out an e-mail next week with the specific games for each package.

I e-mailed mine
And she said she didn’t know.

Funny
My rep is the head of group sales, Lisa, and she got me great seats (aisle seats in 302, which is important because the friend I share with is 6-5). Anyone know, in any case, what the weekend package will be?

Cool I just bought nosebleed seats - which is what I can afford - for the Boston package.
So, what does ROFR delivery option mean? I’ve been trying to think of an acronym but can’t come up with one? Is that mail? Will call? Print at home?
17 TOTAL NATIONALLY TELEVISED GAMES!
WOW— we are finally getting some respect. That seems like alot of televised games compared to the last few seasons. I have league pass so I get the games no matter what, but wow, 17 games nationally is a great thing for the BLAZERS!

How and When do we find out about KGW games?
When do they release their schedule of televised games… Does anyone know?
Give it a few weeks
But expect them to pick off all the ESPN games (which typically allow for over-the-air rights while TNT does not) as well as the other key weekend games which aren’t on national TV (Lakers, Cavs, etc.).

Of course, it’s late in the day, so don’t quote me on this.
Might do the Nuggets later, but I don’t know if I can stand looking at their home page long enough to finish. Hate those guys…
Speaking of hate, also noticed that the Nuggets, Jazz, and Sonics all get LA 4 times while the Blazers only have 3. While as a Blazer fan I appreciate it, seems a little unfair to face them fewer times than your divisional rivals.
I agree
However LA plays here twice. If it were us playing in LA, 2 out of 3, I may be upset. So if we continue to streak and it happens to come down to us and LAL for homecourt and they need to decide some sort of tie breaker, we look good.

"The Edge... there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over."
Just got off the phone with a rep...
He said “there was no specific date set as of yet”. He did say that it would be in mid to late September, though.

The Blazers website says the 28th.

They usually allow season ticket holders to buy extras for what they want before they go on sale to the public.
#7? "That's The Man's number!"
Because they have to show the ring game
By contract with the NBA and since the Fakers are that team this year/are in the west…

Not possibly with the schedule
I know it sucks but if you have NBA League pass you can probably get the Portland game. I would guess it’ll be KGW in Portland too.

Opponents Back-to-Backs
We catch opponents when they are on a second half of a back-to-back 14 times this year.
By Type:
Road-Road….8 times
Home-Home….2 times
Road-Home….1 times
Home-Road….3 times
By month:
Oct….1
Nov….3
Dec….1
Jan….1
Feb….4
March….2
April….2
By Opponent:
Denver
San Antonio (twice)
Detroit (twice)
New Jersey
New York
LA Lakers
Boston
Minnesota
Indiana
Toronto
Oklahoma CIty
Golden State
I think this is actually very favorable for us.
We only play LA, SA, Phoenix, and NO three times apiece. Plus, we have two of three at home against both the L*kers and the Spurs. Those two factors should really help us.
at a glance
this schedule is much easier than last year’s. the teams we play 3 teams are all good. honestly though i like it when we get the good teams twice at home and only getting the hornets and phoenix once kind of stinks.
that said it should help the overall record.
