Around SBN: Knicks Beat Lakers With Familiar Strategy

Question to those that joined the PASPN league yesterday.

I've been wondering if the league is a keeper league or if it only goes through this season. Does anyone know? I certainly hope that it's a keeper league. I like the idea of some teams building for the future and the ready to win now teams building as such. I saw that you could reactivate leagues from past years, but would we be able to carry over our rosters to the next season or would we have to start fresh? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have no idea.

I would also like to know more about how free agency and luxury tax will work.

it is a keeper league

you will have the option of playing each year, or someone else can take over your team with the deals you’ve made.

the dates for free agency are listed for the league. free agency starts a week after the draft…(just like the NBA) luxury tax is assessed at the time of the draft, so you have some days to get under the salary cap, or take the luxury tax hit

Cool, Thanks

Good to know that I’ll be able to keep my team for years to come.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
