Where: "L" shaped dock adjacent to the floating portion of the Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade

What: As we commemorate today’s one-year anniversary of Kevin’s passing, we share the details of next month’s official dedication of Duck’s dock:

The Portland Trail Blazers and the City of Portland will host a ceremony to officially dedicate the Kevin J. Duckworth Memorial Dock on the banks of the Willamette River, south of the Rose Garden.

Fans are welcome to attend, and will have an opportunity to leave messages and remembrances of Duckworth’s life and career on a banner that will hang on the dock throughout the day.
