Around SBN: Jerry Sandusky's Wife Tries To Run A Reporter Over

Rohan over at At the Hive is reporting that he'll be moved to LA for cap space. This probably won't have a huge impact on the Hornets, as Morris Peterson started in 2007-2008 and performed adequately.

The Hornets are now 3.8 million over the luxury tax.

Don't be daft

Morty is going to keep Bayless as the starter. CP3 will be injury cover.

I doubt it

The human victory cigar has to be on the active list.

We’re talking about the guys who only get activated when somebody gets hurt.

Chris Paul has cleared up comments made earlier this offseason that appeared to insinuate that he was on the trading block.

“Everybody knows if you ask me if I could be traded I would tell that if any one of my teammates could be traded, so can I, " Paul said told The Times-Picayune. “(The reporter) knew that, so I’m not worried about it. … I’m not going anywhere. (The fans) know that. Where am I going? I can’t go nowhere. I don’t want to go nowhere.”

The Hornets have even less depth now

That franchise is a shambles. The sooner Paul demands a trade, the better.

We'd have to give up like 3 or 4 players to get Chris Paul. Never going to happen.

Anyway, Butler was useless in NBA 2k9, so I don’t have a great opinion on him.

Butler was an important rotation player for them

Mainly, he was their perimeter defensive stopper/perimeter shooter. I still contend that Okafor move was about saving money this year and giving away Butler for nothing further confirms that, IMHO.

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
