I'm happy when free-agents use us to get more money from Blazer rivals.
But both could also be pulling a quasi-Turkoglu –using very public negotiations with Portland to squeeze money and term out of the Knicks and Lakers.
More money for other teams’ free-agents = drain of resources for those teams = win for the Blazers.

What's the differance of 3-6 mil? oh about 20+ more losses, and the chance to watch the only star leave by the end of the season. Suck it Hedo!
