" hello portland, how’s it going, I’m really excited to be here, I can’t wait to get the season underway, I hope to help bring a string of championship to portland (like 15), and I’d like to thank all the little people in philly cleavland and denver that I had to squash to get here… n to them jay bay lovers of portland, ohhh your boy is about to get smashed back into the Ncdouble A…… Mr blake, I respect you, but I’m gonna tear u up. Brandon, I can’t wait to show peps what we can do. Lamarcus and greg, oh get ready for the pain…. We’re gonna kill fools"
k maybe not. but… that’s what I’d like for him to say …. giggle.
as I understand Andre he’s a gentalmans gentalman and hasn’t spoken like that since…… the clippers.
……. fyi for anyone who don’t get it,….this is a not funny joke.

I liked him
He was really calm sounding. He got a degree in sociology, and started getting a masters before leaving to play basketball, canzano asked if that was an advantage over the kids who come in the league with no education beyond one year of college. Andre said that no, it was not. Pretty funny. Canzano asked what he thought of the fans who are not excited about the signing, he said he doesn’t care what they say. But he did say he was excited about the fans that are really into the team, and he is always cordial with them. Canzano kept saying things like, is it different going into a situation where Nate says you have to earn the start, he said no, its like that in every town. Basically every thing Canzano tried to say was unique to his situation in Portland, Andre said that it was like that in every town.
He said he really hoped to help Roy by being another ball handler, he thought sometimes Roy seemed tired by having to do so much and he hoped to help with that.
He did not think age mattered that much, he said he’s still a young guy, just with a lot of nba experience. I guess he means that 33 is really not that old. So he wouldn’t feel like an old man in the locker room.
I don’t remember all he said, but I came away liking his attitude, and I am excited to see him next year.
