Greg Oden's new Personal Trainer

I don't know if any of you guys have tried it but its been a key start to my summer fitness goals I've lost 5.5 lb since i started using it 8 days ago.

yeah...i lose a lot of weight in the summer just by sweating.

typically around 15 pounds in about 3 weeks.

It's healthy to lose about a pound a week with good diet and exercise. The kind of pound that you lose and it stays off too.

Doesn’t seem like a lot, but after a year thats 52 pounds. Best exercise if you are broke is walking or a jump rope.

It really depends on the person and the situation. If you are overweight and just starting a diet, a lot of weight comes off in the first week.

P90X is a rocking program.

I do it every winter Jan.-Mar. to counter attack the Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas treat marathon that I let myself get wrapped up in.

My favorite teams are the Blazers and any team that is playing the Lakers.
