Semi-Wait-and-See

First time poster long time reader. I know wether Hinrich is the right piece for this team or not is highly debated on here and there are people in both parties, but if you are against Hinrich and for another vet point guard such as, Andre Miller, Nash, Kidd etc. just place that name in for Hinrich. I believe Hinrich's similar, but improved offensive game and his much improved defense from Blake makes him the perfect fit for this team right now, but that is a different post and has been beaten to death. If the bulls really want to cut money so that they can sign Ben Gordon, while still having a solid back up point guard, they may be willing to take Blake for Hinrich straight up in a lopsided deal. That should leave us enough cap to go after either Mcdyess, Bass, or Wilcox or another strong capable backup power forward while probably renouncing Kopponen and being able to keep our rights to Claver and Freeland. Then we go into camp like this.

Hinrich/Bayless/cheap vet

Roy/Rudy

Martell/Batum/Outlaw/Cunningham

LA/(Mcdyess, Wilcox, Bass)/Pendergraph

Oden/Przy

Obviously this is too much depth and we will not be able to keep everyone happy, but we wait through camp and maybe the first month of the season see how some things shape out (If Webster is healthy, Batum's improvement, Bayless' Improvement etc.). Then we trade any spare parts (Outlaw if Webs is healthy and Cunningham can fill emergency 3 etc) for a future unprotected first round pick or two and a contract similar to Outlaw's (or who ever else we decide we can ship out) for someone who would not be expected to play or contribute on our team. We also would have the option, if necessary, to instead fill in a hole that may have become obvious during camp and into the first month or so of the season (if bayless isn't ready to play backup pg/any injuries). We fill those in by trading our spare parts for someone that would fill a need instead of getting a draft pick or two. The moves made in the offseason could be enough to get us to 60 wins next year and WCF while not jeopardizing our future and still giving us flexibility and assets into the beginning of next season. I think we could get to the 60 wins and WCF because we would have much improved defense by adding Hinrich and Webster and the improvement of Greg and Batum, and improve our overall game due to the overall developments of our other young players. What are your thoughts in this and explain them in the comments.
