Around SBN: Knicks Beat Lakers With Familiar Strategy

No Blazer fan will be surprised to see Sam Bowie's dental-braced likeness at #1. Number 3 may surprise and will offend you, especially since, with Bowie at #1, the list appears to be ordered from worst-bust to least. Numbers 12 and 13 are no-brainers.

That is ridiculous. an 18 PER and he’s the third biggest bust of all-time.

How is Darko # 21 and Oden is # 3

He is still waaaaay worse than oden is, and he was picked in font of d wade, bosh, and melo, compared to just Durant. and after one season that was just not as great as expected. I think it will be fun for Oden to prove people wrong.

I should not be suprised and angry...

…but I am. How can Oden be considered a bust after only playing one season? And Jay Williams inclusion was in poor taste – the guy got into a life-threatening accident. Sure, he made a poor decision getting on that bike but accidents are just that, accidents. That is poor fortune, not “a bust”.

You're angry because you hate stupidity trumpeted as insight.

I understand and can validate your feelings. Thanks for sharing.

Let's see

There’s the time they found several tons of cocaine on that boat off the coast of Florida.

I remember reading about an entire house full of marijuana in So Cal that the police found.

Then there was…oh, draft busts…..nevermind……

Hindsight is 20/20

It’s nice to say that teams should have done different things, and look back in history and blast teams for picking scrubs over HoFs, but it looked completely different at the time. I stopped reading when they were talking about how the Lakers should have drafted Wilkins over Worthy. Really? They drafted a hall of famer and you’re going to hate on them for it?

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
