No, it works... For example, Rudy is fluent in...
Spanish, English, Draining 3’s, and Italian… Personally I’m not fluent in Draining 3’s, but I can understand it somewhat, and if I’m in the right surroundings I can get by with my basic knowledge… Does that help?
