NICE SHORTS!: Sitting in a slummy Manila neighborhood enjoying a (kinda) cold one when I see this kid. Yeah, there are plenty of Lakers jerseys in the world. But I'll take quality of quantity 9 times out of 10. The Philippines are crazy for B-ball. Draft international!
