Let me preface this by saying that I am Irish. My last name is McMannis, and my first name is Brendan. It is a federal offense to get a name more irish than that.
Needless to say... I like potatoes. I REALLY like potatoes.
My mom used to make scalloped potatoes when I was a little kid. Those were probably my favorite. Creamy, cheesy, potato goodness. I mean, I like a potato cooked pretty much any way, but for me, I'll always compare it to my mom's Scalloped Potatoes.
