I love's the Birdman
Nice video interview of the Birdman, Chris Anderson. I want this guy, could be our needed bad boy, and he comes cheap.

I like his Angels in the Outfield arm flapping.
Christopher Lloyd will only help him out until they make it to the finals. Don’t ask me why, I guess that’s just the rules angels live by.
Roy is the best player in the world with the exception of Incarcerated Mike from Queensbridge .

Maybe not
if Kroenke is serious about staying out of the luxury tax, they’re going to have to make some tough decisions this summer. They’re already right at the tax with only 8 guys under contract thanks to KMart’s ridiculous contract.
Given that they also only signed Birdman this year, I’m fairly confident they don’t have bird rights on him, so they’re limited to the MLE if they want to re-sign him. If we were willing to pay $6 million or so, I don’t think they’d be able to match it, even if Kroenke was willing to pony up.

interesting
worth looking into, for sure, though we already have a couple of offensively challenged big men.
If Steven Hunter files for medical retirement this summer, then that'll clear some money off the ...
Denver Nuggets books next season.
What is the luxury tax going to be at next year?
I think I saw around 68 mil somewhere. Even if it’s at 70 mil, Denver is still over by around 2 mil next year and that’s for 8 players. Interesting. They could trade Chauncy to someone (us) to clear up some cap space (I wish).
Some, but not enough to make an appreciable difference
even if they let Kleiza and Petro walk (likely for Johan, up in the air for Linas) and sign 6 guys to minimum deals to fill the other 6 non-Birdman, roster spots, they’re back over the tax again. There’s simply no way that Andersen can stay a Nugget if Kroenke doesn’t want to pay the tax.
Besides, the fact remains that they don’t have bird rights and are nowhere near the cap. Unless the NBA inserted some new provision to deal with new, non-rookie deal offer sheet matching (highly unlikely since these kinds of situations were why the three year Bird Right interval was created in the first place), they can’t offer him more than the MLE, so we could always offer him more than they could if we really wanted to sign him.
he'd be the perfect back up PF for us
I would consider this offseason a win if we pulled it off, and I have a feeling that we would end up doing even more
C*mcast sucks!
i don't like him...
but he would add a lot to this team. Plus we not only would benefit by his presence, we would hurt Denver in the same token.
I got 6 years of playoff blue balls going on, and I'm ready to release. GO BLAZERS. ~Mortimer

Can you just picture
Birdman coming in for LMA? The other team would just be mumbling OMG, it would be perfect.
Brandon Roy, 'nuff said.
he's egotistical, one dimensional, smarmy, ugly, cheap, and ugly, but
dude is a ’superstar role player. ’
Alston vs. Marbury could be the best or the worst thing ever.

The fact that everyone knows he is a joke nullifies all of that.
He is like watching the Chaser’s War on Everything constantly. It is a joke so it is OK.
If you love him...
Then why don’t you marry him?
Oh man, that joke never gets old. Actually, it is really old, but it’s still funny.

Bird poop
Denver not likely to trade to their co champion the Blazers. Sergio learned how to make him fly by with a fake. He jumps first every time so a fake gets rid of him.
He's an unrestricted free agent
It’s not really up to Denver, we can offer him more money.
Brandon Roy, 'nuff said.
Does it matter if he jumps on the fake
since he’s usually still in the air and in blocking position when they do shoot?

I hope we sign him this off season thatd be sick
if brandon roy played for toronto he'd be brandon waaaaah
I can't stand him.
I would be so irrate if we signed him because he would be a Blazer and I would have to root for him.
I hope to God this doesn’t happen.

Not a big fan when he's on the other team, but yeah...
Imagine his tenacity and drive in a body like Oden.
Just like I always wanted Khryapa’s heart in Travis’ body.
uhhhhh.
I think i would like him more if he donned Blazer colors. I appreciate effort and enthusiasm but i wish he would please refrain from excessive posing and showboating.
Still, he is exactly what the Blazers lacked this season.
Blazers+Blazersedge=Mind Blown
I love the birdman...
in my vision.
I see him standing in an open field covered in parakeets and parakeet doo.

A newt?

nobody
got the “love’s” punch line – listen to Anderson talk about the “stomach’s” in the video. I failed, but I still love the guy.
