Slam Dunk Stats
Here are this year's slam dunk stats, broken down pretty carefully.
Oden and Aldridge make some lists, as well as the Blazers as a whole. Check it out.

I saw that advertised by Skeets, looks very nice. The Blazers are a good dunking team after all
- LaMarcus one of the top 15 most frequent dunkers
- Oden almost top 20 (21) with 99, and some other Blazers on the list
- Jerryd made the video highlights with his NJ dunk :)
- Oden ahead of Howard in “dunks per minute” and good in dunks per game (now that’s a nice stat)

We were top five as a team
And had 7 players with over 25 dunks. And it should get better.

i am interested in seeing how we compare to last year
i have never seen so many dunks by a team than this team, i thought for sure they would be in first, but as i see, there is a lot of work to do.
i say we doubled last year’s dunk total

Bayless is winning the "Best dunk by a player under 6-foot-4" poll
And for better or worse, Outlaw is being voted “Most likely to average above 1 dunk and 1 3-pointer next season”

Thanks for pointing it out. – Elgin

Can't believe that
Nate Robinson only had 4, and SP3 had 3. Seems like they had more.
My favorite teams are the Blazers and any team that is playing the Lakers.

The Spurs only dunking 76 times re-affirms that they are the most boring team in the league
Oden needs to up his dunks to about 170 next year.
OHHHHH Brandon! Do it, do it, do it til your satisfied!!!!!! - Wheels

Oden #5 in DPM
With a healthy season next year he should easily be among top 10 dunkers.

Love It.
The Blazers would be even more dunkalicious if they weren’t the slowpokes of the NBA, and pushed it up a little more. Our offensive rebounds hurt us, but you can always tip slam.

I love these stats
They are useless, but totally not useless.
LMA dunks a helluva lot more than his soft-PF luminaries in Bosh and West, but not as much as Gasol… though I think he could get there if he stayed inside more AND Roy/PG-to-be-named-later tossed the alley oop to him more.
Nate Robinson only a few dunks, which isn’t surprising since he is a midget and needs a good runup to dunk, but that was a fast paced team and he’s a dude that went for a lot of steals. You’d think there’d be just that many steal and breakaway dunk moments to get as many dunks as he had, and then the random halfcourt or fastbreak dunk. But, nope!
Which means he is a gunner who shoots 80 three’s a game.
THE ONLY ONE THAT TRULY SURPRISES ME: Devin Harris, with 1. Now, I didn’t expect him to be at the top, but he’s a guy who can break down a defense and dunk in the halfcourt, let alone be a one man fastbreak. I’ve seen him dunk a ton of times, it feels like, and to only dunk once this season— in his breakout year where he got a team to get great numbers on— is crazy in my head.
He played hurt a lot, so maybe that was it.
Oden will overtake D-Ho in the dunks and rebounding stats next season.
