Lamarcus and the Prez
This summer, with Rudy pursuing a career in sketch comedy, LMA is dipping into politics. Holdahl has the scoop about an Obama fundraiser attended by our beloved Aldridge. Obama is a known NBA fanguy, so I'm sure they had a lovely chat. Aldridge for first NBA President? (sorry Bill Bradley).
"To meet Obama and to hear him speak and to hear other people share their views about Obama was cool. He talked about trying to be a better person by learning from the things that he had done wrong, talking about things we can do to put this country in a better position." -Lamarcus Aldridge
Maybe this will give LMA inspiration about what HE can do to put the BLAZERS in a better position. (See what I did there?)

I thought this was going to be about me and LMA's date night last week.
You and I will share all that we know--so close your eyes and just let yourself go.

Why did you stand him up?
He was crying to me on the phone for hours.

I hope LMA learns about the things he has done wrong, to put himself in a better position. Under the hoop.
Other possibilities loom..
He could hire a tax cheat as his accountant…

Uh-oh. This could get heated.
Talkin’ politics in a blog is like standing in gasoline in a field in Arizona, lighting off fireworks and shooting guns. My kinda fun, but better served left alone. I’m gonna stick to talkin’ ball.

It is.
I work nearby and would watch games at Agency while they were there. The whole thing was awkward.
