Thank you!

The Kings have the best bench I’ve seen. There are easily 14 guys on this team good enough for every bench in the league. Now if we could only get some starters, I’d totally jizz in my pants.

Crystal clear on my Mac.

He sounded so much more comfortable talking with them, which makes sense. I liked how he talked about improving his quickness and “getting back” his athleticism from a year ago. Sounds like his legs were just dead all year and he never got them back. Encouraging and exciting. Let’s go Blazers!!!

Yeah it sounded fine on my Mac too. Mac props. It is definitely encouraging to just hear the tone in his voice. You can tell that he is coming down a bit from the season, which is probably the best thing for him. A lot of people complained that he showed a lack of commitment by going back to school, but honestly I wouldn’t want him to be anywhere else. Just clear your head and come back focused and ready to win. Indeed, GO BLAZERS.

next season cannot come soon enough

I want to see this Greg Oden.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vz5CkALMlNM

OH YEAH!!!

Sounds that he is well on his way, have a good offseason, get his mind right, get his basketball sense back playing against lesser opponents. It is just so hard stepping in against NBA players after being out like he has been and you could see his confidence was shot.

Coming into the NBA he had confidence and you can see it in that video, but I cannot wait until he has his confidence back and what he can do.

But first lets enjoy this glorious Portland summer (coming soon……hopefully……..maybe in a month or so……..maybe not……….perhaps by September?………but it is Portland)

Let's just hope that Oden's career path doesn't mirror Shaq's entirely....

Although the stats would be nice, the city hopping….not so much. At least LA and Miami were delivered titles, Orlando drafted the guy and got no hardware out of him.

Maybe he could go hiking, although going down for several hours is probably not the best for the knees of a 7 footer even using sticks

Snowboarding, skiing and climbing should be contractually forbidden in his contract. The outcry would be big if he pulled a Vlad Rad.

Gotta blame the coaching staff

He was rehabbing and need to run to the hills, and they took him to a residential neighborhood. Why hasn’t the visitors association reached out to him?

Really nice to hear him so relaxed.

You can tell he was a little homesick this season and I think it sounds like it’s doing wonders for his mental state to not have to think so much about basketball for a while. I’m in the group that thinks most of Greg’s issues have been mental. I think some time away from the pressure to perform can only help him. Once everyone comes back, he should be ready to go. This is really encouraging.

Yes! Yes! In the face!

I like how the interviewer refers to it being his team

And what they can do when he’s healthy and he immediately directs the focus onto the team being healthy.
