Nice little interview.

I think it would be tough answering questions about how great you are, one after another like that. They asked him about being named to the All-NBA second team. He said he can’t really take it all in yet. That being named one of the top 4 guards in the league is a huge honor, and he’s not quite sure it’s really sunk in yet. Asked him about Ron Ron calling him the “greatest” player he’s ever had to play against. Brandon said, “I don’t know if he said ‘the greatest’” but that it was quite the compliment coming from Ron Artest with all the great players he’s guarded. I’m pretty sure there were some football players around, because when they asked him what sport he’d like to try to play if he wasn’t playing basketball and he made some comment about “not taking anything away from those guys.” but he’d would have liked to play football. It was mostly, “you’re great because of this, what do you think about that?” and Brandon answering as humbly as he could.

"nothing across the middle"

I don’t even want him playing touch football. I like that he’s already got a plan for further improvement…

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.

OK, that should just about wrap up the goaltending discussion.
