javie is the best to have

when we are away. he always has some sadistic pleasure in disappointing the home crowd.

I got 6 years of playoff blue balls going on, and I'm ready to release. GO BLAZERS. ~Mortimer

No names

I hate on that list. I don’t think Salvatore is a very good ref but at least he doesn’t have an axe to grind against the Blazers.

The Michael Ruffin of BlazersEdge, cuz Amlmart said so.

OMG

Salvatore and Callahan are two of the worst officials in the league. I dont like this at all.

Nah, Javie is worse.

Just be thankful Jake O’Donnell isn’t still in the league. He makes Tim Donaghy look appealing as a replacement.

Yes! Yes! In the face!

uh oh.

09 playoff reffing:

James Capers. games:5, road Techs/game: 1.4, home Techs/game: 0.4

Joel’s getting a pathetic excuse for a T in the first quarter again.

I found this site doing a search on "Bennett Salvatore"

They think that Bennett is the worst in the NBA

They also think that Donaghy was the best ref ever.

Good to see there’s someone who is wackier about the refs than I am.

Wow

Salvatore seems like a big time douche.

Very, very shady

You need to make that a fanshot all by itself. His argument with Iverson relates to tonight's game in aBIG way

Simmons has said for YEARS that Salvatore is the NBA's hitman for the home team

It’s a running joke that he’s not even remotely objective, and they assign him to games when they want the home team to win. This is not good news. Seriously.

Can’t believe he said that to Iverson. Not completely sure what he meant, but it sounds bad. The league has credibility issues they need to address. Assignment of refs should be random, or there should be a set criteria, or there should be a rotation. SOMETHING. This is ridiculous.

Salvatore

Was the ref during the deciding game of the notorious Heat/Mavericks finals-among other things-it is not good news

Wow

That video of Salvatore with AI and Larry Brown is…….

don't blame the refs!

Blazers Broadcasters Mike Barrett and Mike Rice re-enacted NBA referee Scott Foster's controversial goaltending call on Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who was defending Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star forward Kevin Durant, during this week's edition of Blazers Courtside. Remarkably, no one was injured during the taping of this segment.
