I don't know how they captured lightning in a bottle for multiple generations
But it’s a shame they seemed to slam that bottle into the ground for a few years.
I might get excited if their fall lineup is:
- My Name is Earl
- Parks and Recreation
- The Office
- 30 Rock
But I know NBC will mess it up. They’re already considering cancelling Earl and Fox will likely pick it up, if so.
My Name is Earl is criminally underrated
Even if they did have a bad season in there. This season has picked up a bit again, but not as good as that outstanding first season.
Its a shame when good shows never get enough attention
I’m fear Earl will become the next Arrested Development. If you didn’t watch the show, its well worth it.

i think i am going to love parks and rec
i work for a utility organization I have definitely related to their previews so far. And Amy Pohler is so much better when she does understated stuff, than her over-the-top schtick.

Sounds like they have some long-term attachment to it.
I haven’t gotten into Chuck yet. I have a hard time starting new shows anymore until they get some run… too many shows get axed too early before they hit their groove.

This game will set the tone of expectations for the rest of the season.
If the Blazers can put together a nice win tonight, it’ll show that they’re ready to attack teams that have given them trouble on the road. Couple that with the recent desire to win that they’ve shown at home, and I think we could expect them to finish the rest of the season very strong and head into the playoffs.
On a slightly different note, has anyone else noticed that there is no HD broadcast on Comcast? Standard def on digital cable looks kinda a bit horrible on a big TV. :P
