I can’t think of any names right now (it’s been years since I blew my knee) but there are some good orthopedic docs there. And for lower maintenance issues, Dr. Collins (chiro) is amazing and has solved a lot of major issues for me that many others were stumped on.

Can you still walk or is this just an issue with running?

Check out the book “Pain Free” by Pete Ogoscue. This guy is incredible— I call him the “Dog Whisperer” of physiology. He seems to know more through education and instinct than almost everyone else.

Most pain disappears and things begin healing when alignment is restored and the pressure/gridning is removed from these areas. Postural Alignment Therapy is great!

I injured my knee in College. It was put back together and has served me well these last 35 years. Something is definitely wrong with it at the moment
