Help

I injured my knee in College.  It was put back together and has served me well these last 35 years.  Something is definitely wrong with it at the moment.  I normally jog for one to two hours every day.  I have rested it for 2 months, but there is some problem.  I live at the coast where there is a definite late of qualified medical assistance.  I need some help in finding a very good orthopedic doctor.  Your assistance in this matter would be very appreciated.

How far are you from Newberg?

I can’t think of any names right now (it’s been years since I blew my knee) but there are some good orthopedic docs there. And for lower maintenance issues, Dr. Collins (chiro) is amazing and has solved a lot of major issues for me that many others were stumped on.

The Ogoscue Method

Can you still walk or is this just an issue with running?

Check out the book “Pain Free” by Pete Ogoscue. This guy is incredible— I call him the “Dog Whisperer” of physiology. He seems to know more through education and instinct than almost everyone else.

“The Egoscue Method is a widely acclaimed Postural Therapy program based on a series of stretches and gentle exercises designed to restore full, natural function to muscles and joints. It treats chronic musculoskeletal pain without using drugs, surgery, or manipulation, enabling you to enjoy a pain-free, active life right now!”

Most pain disappears and things begin healing when alignment is restored and the pressure/gridning is removed from these areas. Postural Alignment Therapy is great!

Hope this helps!

"Both Anthony Carter and Jameer Nelson were downright jubilant in the Magic locker room postgame. Carter said to no one in particular, "Brandon Roy, that man is unstoppable, it's like he's playing NBA Live" and Nelson was cracking on his teammates for not being able to guard Brandon. The kinds of jokes you can make when you win."

Where on the Coast?

I’m in Eugene and there are some top notch orthopedic physicians here.

Okay not to sound like a jerk

But isn’t Google or or a health forum a better spot for this post? Especially during the post season when the Fanpost section is loaded up.

how many times has kobe lost in portland?
For the past years, my father and I have NEVER been on TV, not even close. We have such bad luck at games, we never win any of the cheap prizes (not even a chance, never come close) but our luck in the past 2 games have dramatically changed. Last time we got the game ball, this time we very creepily are in the back on national television. I'm just letting the 15 minutes of fame soak in. What will be next?

I also apologize to Martell Webster for stealing his spotlight tonight

ps... today is my birthday if you want to give me a nice birthday gift then rec this for fun. Going to the Lakers game tomorrow as well, great birthday present from my father (2 amazing blazer games in 3 days)!
