Im watching the Bulls-Ciltics games, and cant stop being amazed by Ben Gordon. He can shoot the ball really well. he can shoot it while still moving, he can shoot of picks, he can shoot the 3 well, and he is just good shooter. What if Blazers would get him next year. We know Roy is the point, so Ben could of play Shooting guard. I dont think it solves Blazers point guard problem, but I think he will be the best unrestricted free agent this summer. Any thoughts on this?

and that game clearly shows why roy and the blazers are better than gordon and the bulls.

gordon made the critical mistake of shooting the ball with 12 seconds left in the game instead of running down the clock. Sure, he made it, but it cost him in the end.

Gordon

is a bit too much of a ball hog to be effective on this team I think

Word

The guy is just a bit too Allen Iverson for my taste. He would be great off the bench for us (think Jason Terry) if we didn’t already have Rudy, but I think Rudy will work out better for us in the end.

There won't be clean officiating in the NBA until David Stern is forcibly removed by the US Congress in 2013 for fixing games.

Nope

We have Rudy and Roy at the 2 spot.

"The brownies,'' Fernandez said after the game. "The brownies are good for me to make three-points.''

Forgot to mention

he’s not that great of a defender as well.

To Blazers: If an away crowd ever gets to you, remember there are at least 10 times more of us screaming our lungs out here in Portland rooting for you guys. Go Blazers!

As some folks have already mentioned here, Ben Gordon is a defensively inept ball hog.

An undersized shooting guard like Gordon wouldn’t complement Brandon Roy in the backcourt.

Put a guy like Thabo or Batum on Gordon and he's done for

Need just one shot blocker in the paint, then Gordon is looking at a 7-21 shooting night.

I fear for the day Paul Allen is no longer the owner of the Blazers.

He needs to reproduce soon so we have an heir in succession.

Unless the Boston Celtics play Tony Allen for extended minutes, Ben Gordon will continue to go off ...

on the likes of Ray Allen, Eddie House, and Stephon Marbury. Luckily for Gordon, though, those defensive mismatches will help aid him in his quest to earn a giant contract this off-season. Let’s hope the Chicago Bulls that overpay to retain Gordon’s services, since that’ll thereby put Kirk Hinrich on the squarely trading block.

i disagree with the premise that you wait to shoot when losing. The strategy is to score, if you miss with no time left on the clock you lose. Shooting with time left gives you a chance to get the ball back. It just happened that allen hit that trey bomb over noah. It happens. Overall I don’t think it was a mistake.

we should trade roy and fire nate right now then.

the bulls also didn't have a timeout left, which means that that was going to be their last possession.
