more than blaming a deficit or a loss on poor officiating. True, there’s been some stupid calls, but we’re not losing the game based on those calls alone. Somebody other than Roy really needs to step it up here. Blaming it on the refs is too easy. The numbers don’t exactly support us so far.

hoped that worked the jitters out. Blazers need to pass and pass and pass some more. Make Houston run a little more and hopefully their shooting will cool off.

it's going to start with out hustling the rockets in the 2nd half

on offense:
the blazers need to move the ball more and attack the rim

on defense:
front Yao and live with the other Rockets taking shots and box out better

by cchellis on Apr 18, 2009 8:59 PM PDT up reply actions

They need to mix up the defense on Yao to keep them guessing

Front sometimes, double coverage, single coverage. Make him wonder what is coming.

Give Greg the ball against Yao and force the officials to make a call or at least it will cause Yao to fatigue much faster. Without Yao we can beat them.

I'm a little confused by your tactics
