Absentee Blazers Fan- PLEASE ADVISE!

The end of next week will find me in Europe until May 23rd...   How do I keep up with the playoff run of my favorite precocious NBA team?  Anybody know if there is a way to download complete games?  (i.e. bittorrent)  I can't imagine the NBA licensing the games out, but perhaps there is some magical clandestine alternative for desperate fans like me.

As a somewhat obsessive fan (and Bedger, if mostly in silence), I really really want to part of this!  Wouldn't be satisfied to just watch the games after my return, though I should be so lucky to even get that far...  Of course, I know I can watch highlights and stream the video, but I'd kill to watch every moment and doubt I can handle the 5AM European tip-off with my tour schedule...

Any way to download games?  Would be sooo amazing.

P. S.  Many thanks to Dave & Ben for the hard work-  I've loved reading your posts all season (and those previous).

P. P. S.  Greg's nickname should be Ole Babyface.

P. P. P. S.  Cheers to all the Blazer fans that stood and started flapping their 'wings' and cawing when Birdman had to sit the other night...  even had Melo laughing.  Hilarious.  Keep Portland weird.

Will you have online access?

You can usually find pirated streaming feeds online.

Will you be in Spain or France? Allegedly due to Frenchie and the Spanish Connection they play Blazer games there.

YELLOW Mamba?! Really?

thanks-

trouble is, my online access will be sporadic, and i won’t often be around proper tv to watch the games that way. most of my time will be spent in a large van and in music venues… downloading games (though the files would likely be pretty huge) would allow me to watch between cities, etc., which would be a dream…

perhaps i’m just being wishful? i’ll be here in spirit, regardless, helping the rockets (and then l*kers) with their playoff meltdown.

Seriously

I had to rec this because I’m in the same predicament. I’ve been a die hard supporter as long as I can remember, and now I’ll probably end up missing the first two or three Blazer playoff games because of work obligations, while I’m in South Korea. I want to punch and destroy things.

Use Hotspot Shield (google it, available for all platforms)

Easy proxy tool that I use for Hulu when abroad. In Korea the Internet connections should be mighty fast in most locations.

Go to http://bt.davka.info

Last year, every playoff game was uploaded as a torrent. If that’s not the case this year, go to the forums, to the “Other torrents and links” section, where someone will probably post a torrent from another site for every game (most Blazer regular season games were there)

David Stern here

Thanks!

Here is my Playoff mode signature, that I thought up myself: "Just Do It".
