Subliminal message on NBA.com front page
NBA.com entitles this week's edition of their Rookie rankings At Season's End, Rose Rises Highest with a picture of Derrick Rose in Rose Garden laying up the ball.
There's no doubt the article is about Derrick Rose but it looks like an obvious wink at the City of Roses' new mantra : Rip City Uprise. I love small jokes like these when there's a double meaning.

probably a stretch, still funny either way
Morty's silly: "Thank you for the thank you to everyone, Roodie, and even though you’re my dad I love you like you were my son."
It's odd that they decided to use that picture of Rose
Especially since Rose didn’t really accomplish anything in that game and the Bulls were completely dominated by the Blazers.
It means Derrick Rose will play for the Trailblazers next season. The signs, they are everywhere

Greg Oden = Robert Parish (HOF, 4x NBA champion, 9x NBA All-Star). The only other rookie with more than 500 points, 400 rebounds, and 65 blocks in under 1400 minutes played. Since 1946.
Nope. All-Star weekend rookie game. The solution to this riddle has to do with our favorite Spaniard. But I still say it's a sign

It can always get worse
