Abbott with the GO defense!
I'd remind Portland fans that they once had a college superstar big man who seemed moody and different as he worked through his injury-prone early NBA career. According to David Halberstam's The Breaks of the Game, fans printed up t-shirts saying that he didn't have "bone spurs" (his listed ailment) but instead had "brain spurs." That player was Bill Walton, and not long after those t-shirts came out, Walton led the Blazers to arguably the greatest moment in the history of the City of Portland: The 1977 NBA title.
