If you ask British men for their opinion on lifestyle… Also they took the biggest cities in some countries, not the best/nicest. But well, good that Portland at least was on their map.

I've been around Chicago

a bunch of times. Seems like a cool city. I wouldn’t rate in #1 either. I would think San Fran would be ranked higher.

Haven’t spent a lot of time there, but I’ve heard great things of San Diego from everyone I met. Maybe I missed it on the list.

it’s clear they didn’t take Portland’s weather into account. If they had, we wouldn’t even be in the top 500. Weather here sucks! Beer is great, but doesn’t trump weather. Blazers are great, but doesn’t trump weather. I’m outta here.

but for the sake of my recurring depression let’s be clear about this town. In exchange for 3-5 months of bliss we must accept 7-8 months of misery. There’s a reason we weren’t named California, Arizona or Florida. Now where did I put my meds….
